Return and Exchange Rules

Customers have a period of 7 days upon receiving their glasses to initiate a return or exchange (NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on any Cartier glasses or Even Realities eyewear)

We allow a one-time full exchange for another item. (If the price of item that you would like to exchange for is more than the original item you ordered, you are responsible for paying the difference).

Returns without an accompanying exchange will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

To be eligible for return or exchange, products must be in an unused condition and serial numbers must match our records for refund.

If serial numbers are different or a fake version of the authentic glasses are sent in return, customer forfeits all and any refund or exchanges and will be reported as a fraudulent customer.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must insure the package for the full amount of the glasses they are returning. For example, if the glasses you are returning are $500, you must insure the package for $500 through UPS in case of the package being lost.

Please note, custom lenses are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
